The evaluation process at Master School of Management comprises of the following:

 

Internal Assessment

End-Term Examination

Internal assessment is done by each faculty member and is a continuous process based on the students’ participation in class, quizzes, assignment, percent marks obtained in mid-term examination, participation in students’ magazine, conferences, workshops and seminars.

 

The academic performance of a student is assessed in terms of grades obtained in different courses as well as in terms of Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA). Simple average of grades is computed as per illustration given below:

A student whose CGPA at the end of the 1st year, on an eight point scale, is 3.0 (equivalent to 50% marks) or above and who has not obtained less than 40% marks in more than two papers is permitted to undertake the summer project and is promoted and permitted to register for the second year.

The minimum passing grade at the end of the program is a CGPA of 4.0 (equivalent to 60% marks) or more on an eight point scale.
