Clubs and committees are a way for students to work in a fun and professional environment. Out to 12 Clubs and committees few of them have a limited guidance of Faculty members and rest of them are purely student operated and controlled
PLACECOM (Placement Committee) Placement process at MSM is a student managed activity. However, recognizing the importance attached to corporate relations and placements, there is a Placement Committee to providing job opportunities to the students and facilitating the process of placement and also provide overall supervision and direction to recruitment related engagements and activities taking place on campus. This committee consists of Chairman, Corporate Relations and Placement Committee and a group of faculty members who work in close coordination with the student representatives.
ALCOM (Alumni Committee) strives to develop connections among alumni, current students, faculty and management laying the platform for all stakeholders to share knowledge, gain focus, improve and develop. We offer services that stimulate interaction and maintain support mechanisms for Alumni networking. Alumni Committee facilitates continued interaction of Alumni with the Institute in interest of sustaining the Institute's ability to maintain a commitment par excellence.
SAC (Student Advisory Committee) is consisting of 3 representatives who have shown exemplary leadership and dedication to active minds, inc. and mental health advocacy on their campuses.
SAC group have a chance to voice their thoughts, ideas, and concern to the Administration, SAC meetings provide an important forum for addressing issues that arise throughout the Course that often have profound implications for student groups.
FROLIC (Sports Committee) organizes frequent tournaments for active participation of the students thereby, giving them an arena to develop mentally as well as physically. The Purpose of organized physical education, sports and games activities is to create an environment that stimulates selected movement experiences resulting in desirable responses that contribute to the optimal development of the individual's potentialities in all the phases of life.
BULLETIN (Newsletter Committee) is the official newsletter of the MSMians. The purpose of the MSM Newsletter is three-fold: to inform, to inspire, and to invite. First, the newsletter informs MSM members about issues, developments, and activities that are related to the Who, What, and How. Second, the newsletter inspires current and prospective MSM members by providing stories of successes and struggles of corporate bodies. Third, the newsletter invites MSM members to share information, insights, and experiences related to MSM issues.
CULTCOM (Cultural Committee) are here to add that bit of zing to your life. It is meant to make life more fun-filled, artistic and interesting. It provides the platform to the students to beyond their academic quest and explore their creative and artistic sensibilities. The cultural committee of MSM is responsible to organize all the cultural events, starting from the date of date of event to the execution of the same. . Our goal is to provide vibrant community where people can come together to celebrate and relax. The cultural diversity as demonstrated on our campus will be celebrate by organizing different regional fest to make the whole committee familiar about different culture and traditions that make our nation beautiful.
NOSH (Mess Committee) Food is an imperative element of human survival. Since there has never been any other satisfactory human body fuel that could replace it, NOSH Committee, a student body, plays a very significant role to satisfy the elementary need of the students. Food holds different meanings for different people. Cultures, clans, families, and the identity of individuals are shaped by the food they eat and the way it is prepared and served to them. This pushes us to do better than the best and drives us to accomplish these challenges successfully.
As per the notification in regard to prevention and prohibition of ragging in the University, as per the AICTE notification dated 1st July, 2009 (F.No.37-3/Legal/AICTE/2009) and Letter No. F.1-15/2009 (ARC) pt-III dt: 29th April, 2014, The committee has been constituted to prohibit, prevent and eliminate the scourge of ragging including any conduct by any student or students whether by words spoken or written or by an act which has the effect of teasing, treating or handling with rudeness a fresher or any other student, or indulging in rowdy or undisciplined activities by any student or students which causes or is likely to cause annoyance, hardship or psychological harm or to raise fear or apprehension thereof in any fresher or any other student or asking any student to do any act which such student will not in the ordinary course do and which has the effect of causing or generating a sense of shame, or torment or embarrassment so as to adversely affect the physique or psyche of such fresher or any other student, with or without an intent to derive a sadistic pleasure or showing off power, authority or superiority by a student over any fresher or any other student, in all higher education institutions in the country, and thereby, to provide for the healthy development, physically and psychologically, to all students. To achieve these objectives the committee has been constituted with a mix of students of different batches and faculty members.
WEC (Women Empowernment cell) in the MSMcampus firmly believes that women and girls are the most potentially capable untapped resource . Educational women empowernment with the knowledge skills and self confidence necessary to participate fully in the development process and making them aware of their rights and developing a confidence to claim their rights such as - Get equal oppourtunity for education, Get comfortable learning environment without gender bias, Fearlless learning environment, Provision for facility of emergency medication and first aid facilities. We here in MSM campus reside as one family encouraging each other to do out perform our past experiences .
BRAIN WAVERS (Quiz Club) is designed for formulating brain related games. A quiz is a game which can also be called a mind sport wherein the players, either as individuals or in teams attempt to answer questions posed to them correctly, in order to win a prize. I'm sure that we are all familiar with popular quizzes like the Limca quiz or the Cadbury Bournvita Quiz Contest (BQC). These are but just a few examples of quiz competitions that are held. The name of the game which is organised by this club is "Brainwave". Brainwave is acting as a changing agent in the way we think about entertainment for the young. When you start playing with brainwave games, you'll be blown away by what you can accomplish with the power of your mind! The objective of Brainwave quizzing competition is to encourage students to look beyond their textual knowledge and establish a relationship between theory and application of the learnt concept.
CLICK (Photography Club) constitutes of students who have an intrest in photography. Here they can come togeather an learn ho to take a good phograph and work in a professional inverionment. They are responsible for documenting every activities that are conducted in the institute through their lences. Studetns become more creative and visionary by beeing a part of this club.
SOUQ (Marketing Club) is where students come togeather to understand the new market trends and activities by way of discussions and live projects. The often go to the real place that is the market to observe the consumers, sellers and distributers as to the way they behave and perform. They also work with other culbs and committees and assist them in there marketing needs and are also assist in getiing sponcers for the events that are conducted in the college.
