On 27 December 2016, Mr. Sanjay Joshi – Regional HR Director - South and South East Asia, Intertek India Pvt. Ltd gave a guest lecture as well as training at the Master School of Management, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.
The training was given in the framework of the “Campus to Corporate”. The lecture was open to all students of the Batch 16-18.
During the training by using some pencils, sharpeners, and Erasers, he thought us very fundamental things of life. He said that we all are like pencils, “What is inside us is a most important thing and that is the Skills”. Sharp yourselves and bring those Skills out like Sharpener sharpens pencils.
He relates Erasers as“Courage”. You must have the courage to accept those mistakes which you did and try to erase them.
At the end of the session, he allowed us for questions. Many of the students asked their queries. Someone asked, “Is Corporate life different from Social life?”. Mr. Joshi replied with “No”, further he said that both are the same and we

Mr. Joshi has been a family member of MSM for years. He has been an alumnus of one of the most reputed institution of the country – Delhi University and has been a successful student of Post Graduate in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from Sardar Patel College of Communication under Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan.
Ever since Sep 1993, Mr. Joshi has been climbing the ladder of success in the field of Human Resources.
